Founder and CEO Randy Bland contributes a wealth of knowledge with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership Principalship from Arizona State University and a second in Special Education, Cross Categorical from the University of Phoenix. Randy also attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha on a full ride scholarship where he played basketball and received a Bachelor’s in Community Affairs and Behavioral Science. Randy has 14-years experience serving children with disabilities in a school setting as well as being committed to providing for kids in the community by not only caring for 2 foster children as a certified therapeutic provider but also has 3 biological children. He also serves as middle school girls’ and high school boys’ basketball coach where his biggest contributions include guiding the players to furthering their education
